Welcome to SiuClaw (hereinafter "the Service", "we", "us"). The Service is operated by Heart Forest Investment Co. Limited at siuclaw.com.
Please read the following Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") carefully. By using or subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
SiuClaw is a managed hosting service that deploys and manages OpenClaw AI agent containers on behalf of users. Specifically, the Service includes:
- Creating and maintaining a dedicated OpenClaw Docker container for each subscribed user
- Automated container deployment, updates, monitoring, and backups
- Access via Telegram, WhatsApp, and Web UI channels
- Routing AI model queries through OpenRouter
- Managing token quotas and usage tracking
SiuClaw is an independent hosting provider for OpenClaw and is not an official OpenClaw product. OpenClaw is an independent open-source project, and SiuClaw makes no guarantees regarding OpenClaw's features, accuracy, or availability.
2. Account Registration
Use of the Service requires creating an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information
- Keep your account password secure and not share it with others
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use of your account
- Be at least 18 years of age to use the Service
Each user may hold only one account. Transfer of accounts in any form is strictly prohibited.
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
The Service offers the following monthly subscription plans:

3.1 Token Billing
Tokens are the unit used to measure AI model usage, covering both input (your instructions) and output (the AI's responses). Actual consumption depends on the model used and the content of conversations.
3.2 Auto-Pause Mechanism
When your monthly token quota is exhausted, your OpenClaw container will be automatically paused until the next billing cycle begins or you purchase a token top-up pack. Your data and settings are fully preserved during the pause.
3.3 Token Top-Up Packs
If you need additional token usage within a billing cycle, you may purchase a token top-up pack. Top-up tokens take effect immediately upon purchase and expire at the end of the current billing cycle (they do not roll over to the next month).
3.4 Payment Method
All payments are processed through Stripe, accepting major credit and debit cards. Subscription fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
3.5 Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
We offer the following refund arrangements:
- Subscription cancellation: Upon cancellation, you may continue using the Service until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made, and fees already paid are non-refundable.
- Pro-rata refunds: If a refund is required due to service-related reasons (e.g. service termination or a critical outage), we will calculate a refund based on the proportion of unused days remaining in the billing cycle.
- Token top-up packs: Purchased token top-up packs are non-refundable.
- Special circumstances: In exceptional situations (e.g. extended service unavailability due to technical issues), please contact us and we will handle the matter on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
By using the Service, you agree to comply with the following rules. The Service must not be used for:
5.1 Illegal Activities
- Any activity that violates Hong Kong law or other applicable laws and regulations
- Fraud, deception, money laundering, or other financial crimes
- Infringing the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or privacy of others
- Generating, storing, or distributing illegal content (including child sexual exploitation material)
5.2 Abusive Behaviour
- Attempting to hack, damage, or circumvent the Service's security measures
- Launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against the Service or its infrastructure
- Using the Service to launch cyberattacks or malicious scans against third parties
- Intentionally consuming excessive system resources in a manner that degrades service quality for other users
- Using automated tools to bypass quota limits or security verifications
5.3 Resale and Commercial Abuse
- Unauthorised resale, sub-licensing, or provision of the Service to third parties for commercial purposes
- Integrating the Service into other products or services for commercial distribution without our prior written consent
5.4 Prohibited Content
- Generating or distributing hate speech, racial discrimination, or content that incites violence
- Collecting, processing, or distributing others' personal data without consent
- Distributing spam or conducting unsolicited commercial communications
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our sole discretion and may take appropriate action without prior notice.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
6.1 Our Right to Terminate
SiuClaw reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice and without refund in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Using the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Failure to pay subscription fees on time
- When necessary to protect other users or the security of the Service
6.2 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Dashboard. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Your data will be retained for 30 days, during which you may download it or resubscribe.
6.3 Post-Termination
Upon account termination, we will:
- Stop your OpenClaw container
- Permanently delete your account data after 30 days (payment records retained as required by law)
- Cease charging you any fees
7. Service Availability
7.1 Best-Efforts Basis
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service, but the Service is provided on an "as-is" and "best-efforts" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime and do not offer any Service Level Agreement (SLA).
7.2 Scheduled Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance from time to time, during which the Service may be temporarily unavailable. We will endeavour to conduct maintenance during off-peak hours and provide advance notice where practicable.
7.3 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, network infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Your Content
You retain full intellectual property rights to content you input through the Service (including instructions, uploaded files, and conversation content). We make no claim to any intellectual property rights over your content.
8.2 Service Intellectual Property
SiuClaw's brand, logo, website design, and proprietary technology (owned by Heart Forest Investment Co. Limited) are protected under Hong Kong intellectual property law. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited.
8.3 OpenClaw
OpenClaw is independent open-source software, and its intellectual property belongs to its original developers. SiuClaw uses OpenClaw under applicable open-source licence terms.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Important Notice: Please read this section carefully. It limits our legal liability to you.
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to: warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will operate without interruption, on time, securely, or free of errors
- Content generated by AI models will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose
- The Service will meet all of your requirements or expectations
9.2 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SiuClaw or Heart Forest Investment Co. Limited's total liability to you (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the total fees you have paid to the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of business profits, data, or goodwill
- Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party service providers (including OpenRouter, Stripe, Telegram, and WhatsApp)
- Losses arising from the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
9.3 Statutory Exceptions
Where applicable law (including the Hong Kong Consumer Protection legislation) does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiuClaw and Heart Forest Investment Co. Limited from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your use of the Service in a manner that infringes the rights of any third party
- Content you submit or generate through the Service
11. Privacy Policy
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the data processing practices described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party services (including but not limited to Telegram, WhatsApp, and OpenRouter). These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. SiuClaw accepts no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices.
13. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will:
- Send registered users advance notice of at least 30 days by email
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
Continued use of the Service after the notice period expires constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may cancel your subscription during the notice period, and we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the billing cycle.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and SiuClaw with respect to the Service and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without notice to you.
